Established in 1978, Delco Western originated as a venture specializing
in the representation and sale of pumps, motors, and supplies within the groundwater and wastewater sectors. Fast forward over 45 years, and Delco Western has evolved to embrace a diverse range of cutting-edge products including controls and variable frequency drives, all while upholding the stringent standards set by its visionary founder, Terry Del’Andrae.
Terry, armed with extensive industry knowledge, a robust business management strategy, and a commitment to delivering top-notch products and exceptional service laid the foundation for Delco Western's success. Before founding the company, Terry served as a controller for a major well drilling firm and spearheaded the establishment of a pump installation division elsewhere. His expertise, coupled with his wife JaNean and her perfection in detailing accounting and paperwork processes, brought the unwavering drive for success and propelled Delco Western to prominence in the industry. While Terry has been retired for many years, JaNean remains active and fills the CEO role within Delco Western. JaNean has embraced her new role and has been instrumental in helping to grow Delco Western in new markets and new areas. She loves the company and its outlook for the future, “Team Delco” is such a pleasure to be a part of.
Delco Western has its origins as a Utah company but has since grown into the Nevada, Idaho, and Wyoming markets as well, bringing its high standards and quality products to the surrounding territories. Delco Western stands as a beacon of quality and controlled expansion. Since its inception, the company has dedicated itself to providing the finest products from leading industry manufacturers. Collaborating with key vendors, Delco Western has forged enduring relationships with giants like Flowserve (including Ingersol Dresser, Worthington, Byron Jackson, and Western Land Roller), Grundfos Pumps, Grundfos CBS (formerly Paco Pumps), Environment One (E/One), Danfoss Drives, Mission Controls, Franklin Electric, and Hitachi America Limited, among others.
